From HELIA to Technical Infrastructure

Since 2006, we operated under the name HELIA, serving various technology needs. However, in 2023, we made a strategic decision. We shifted our focus exclusively to apartment building technology. This shift allows us to provide specialized expertise and tailored solutions for the unique challenges faced by Condo Boards and Property Managers.

Darvin has been providing support for intercoms, building access and security cameras since 2012.  He has certifications from Mircom, Akuvox, Hikvision, Milestone, Hanwha Techwin, CDVI, Paradox, Ubiquiti, Linear and other common apartment technologies.

Senior Tech

Mark is our primary support technician.  He has been supporting technology for apartment buildings since 2016.  He has experience with Mircom, Akuvox, Hikvision, Milestone, Hanwha Techwin, CDVI, Paradox, Ubiquiti, Linear and other building technologies.
